Each division will start right after completion of division before it.

**All races are finals. Winners determined by time.
**Athletes are limited to competing in four events.
**There are unlimited entries per school allowed in each event.
**We will run heats of 16 in the 800, 24 in the 1600 & a maximum of 2 heats in each of the boys/girls 3200. We will try to run only one heat in the 4 x 800 (B & C teams may start 2 yards behind starting line to alleviate over-crowding). If there are over 30 teams entered in the 4 x 800, then we will have 2 slower heats beginning at 8:30; girls then boys slow heats.
Coaches: PLEASE be honest with your entry times. Don’t embarrass your kids by putting in a time that they are not capable of running. Heats will be seeded according to times entered.

Starting heights and minimum measurements—all first attempts will be measured. There will be NO FINALS!!!!!!!

Entry Fee: $75 for each Varsity Team ($150 for both boys and girls teams)
$40 for each Junior High Team ($80 for both boys and girls teams)
“B” team free with paid “A” team
(Bring check to meet)

Entry Deadline: Wednesday, March 30, 2011.

Entry guidelines: All entries should be made on-line at Alabamarunners.com. This site will guide you through the process. Entry fees should be brought to the meet. Unlimited entries in both relays and individual events but only one relay team(A) and three individuals will count in the team scoring.

Awards: Trophies for the top two teams
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each running, field and relay event.

Medals can be picked up by the winners immediately after the final results have been announced/posted. (B-team relays cannot score but can earn medals.)

Gate entry fee: $5 per adult

T-shirts and a full line of concessions are available.
