Location: Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute, Chattanooga
Directions: From North, East or South, take I-75 to I-24 Downtown.
(Note: DO NOT continue on I-24 towards Nashville - take right fork at
cross roads.) Take 27 North across the Tennessee River. Exit on
Manufactures Road. At bottom of ramp, TURN LEFT - go under the overpass
to Hamm Road (approx. 1/2 mile). TURN LEFT on Hamm Road to a T
intersection. TURN LEFT onto Moccasin Bend Road and follow to the end
(approx. 2 miles).
West Bounders use 27 North exit or 27 from I-24.
Note: Location is a mental hospital. Please do not enter buildings. Portable toilets will be available at the race course.
Waiver - Read Carefully and Sign
I know that running a race is potentially
a hazardous activity and I should not enter or
run unless I am medically able and properly
trained. I agree to abide by any decision of
a race official relative to my ability to safely
complete this run. I assume all risks associated
with running this event, including but not
limited to, falls, contact with other participants,
the effects of the weather, including heat and
humidity, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself, waive the release the The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though this liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver.
