Kentucky Athletes who hit the MileSplit US National Elite Standards of 16:30 Boys 5K and 19:45 Girls 5K. 

Woodmont junior Aaron Ramirez sealed a win in the boys seeded invitational 5,000-meter run in 16 minutes, 30 seconds at the Great American Festival in Hoover, Ala.

Stephanie Morgan (OH) often hits the road in search of top-flight competition. This weekend she travels to Hoover, AL for a showdown with FL Champs Ashley Brasovan and Kathy Kroeger at the Great American XC Festival… (Story coming)

Emily Sisson will face Ashley Brasovan,  Kathy Kroeger, Stephanie Morgan and Jessica Tonn in a rare mid-season showdown of some of the nation's top harriers this weekend at the Great American XC Festival in Hoover, AL.

With the Great American XC Festival only five weeks away, the NSSF is extending registration to enter the meet.  Check out the press release and read about the outstanding girls field that is coming together.  Since it's inception, the Great American XC Festival has been one of the best meets in the country, and this year should be no different.
