1 Relay Teams and 3 athletes per event

50 per gender team or $5.00 per athlete if less than 10.

Payments Bring the check to the meet.

Payments Bring Check made out to Sylacauga High School Track

$5 admission

Rules meeting at 3:30 with meet starting at 4:00pm.

Order of Events:

Coaches meeting at 3:30

1) 3200m First session field events (Start at the same time 4:00)

2) 4x100m Relay

3) 4x800m Relay

4) 400m

5) 100/110 HH

6) 800m

7) 100m Dash

8) 300IH

9) 1600m (Mile)

10) 200m Dash

11) 4x400m Relay

Session 1 Field: Check in at each field event.

Girls Discus- followed by boys

Boys Shot- followed by girls

Boys Javelin-followed by girls

Boys Long Jump -followed by girl's long jump then Boys Triple followed by Girls Triple

Girls High Jump- followed by Boys High Jump

*Boxes with sheets for the events will be given out at the Coaches meeting at 3:30

Points: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (I will try to have results typed and sent asap)
