Paul W.Bryant Invitational

Location- Paul W. Bryant High School Football Stadium which is at 6315 Mary Harmon Bryant Drive, Cottondale, AL, 35453.The school is a half mile off of exit 77 on interstate 20/59.School buses should drop student-athletes off and park at Eastwood Middle School. Please keep tents on the top row only.Lane Track, 1/4 inch spikes maximum

Parking & Gate- Parkingis free, but admission is $5 for everyone.

Concessions- We will have a full concessionstand.

Entries and scoring- Each team will be allowed to enter 6 individuals in each event and 2 relays.Only the top 3 individuals per school will be scored in individual events and only one relay team per school in the relay events. Each athlete may participate in only 4 events.Registration will be done online at http://al.milesplit.com

Entry deadline is Wednesday, February 28, at 11pm CST

Entry Fee- $300 for each school and that covers boys & girls teams.Checks should be made payable to Paul W. Bryant High School and brought to the meet or mailed to:

Meet Conduction: All individual running events will be held as finals ontime. We will seed according to entry times, so please use an accurate mark. In the LJ, TJ, SP, DT and JT, we will give all athletes 3 attempts with the top 9 making the finals for an additional 3attempts.

Timing and Results- There will be fully automatictiming done by Xpress Timing.

Awards- Trophies will be given to the top two teams in eachdivision, and medals will be given to the top three in each event.

Rules- We will use the NationalHigh School Federation rule book for any disputes. Additional AHSAA rules apply.

Appeals- Any appeal must be given to the referee in writing and accompanied with $25.00 within 30 minutes of the infractions. If the appeal is upheld, the money will be refunded. Appealable offenses are misapplications of NFHSA rules. Judgment calls cannot be appealed.

Hospitality- There will be a hospitality room. Lunch will be served. You will need to email a list of your coaches.

Discussions
