Course has some rolling hills, mostly grass, with a few road crossings.
Spikes are recommended.

9:15 AM - Middle School Girls 3000 Meter Run
9:45 AM - Middle School Boys 3000 Meter Run
T-Shirt for Top 10 Individuals in each race
Medals and T-Shirt for Top 5 in each race
Trophies presented to 1st and 2nd Place Teams in each race.
