MEET REGISTRATION: on-line only through "alabamarunners.com". Entries will close at midnight (CST) on Wednesday, April. 17th, 2013. 3 athletes per event. Only top 3 athletes score towards team title.
ENTRY FEE: $75 per gender team or $15 per individual.

SPECTATOR FEE: $4 per individual to enter track meet.
RULES: The rules of the AHSAA and National Federation will be followed.
SCORING: 8 places will be scored (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1).
SCRATCHES & SUBSTITUTIONS: Scratches are requested prior to the meet at the coaches meeting. Substitutes are allowed where entries have been made. Requests for late additions or inadvertent omissions will be referred to the timer/scorer. Sections and flights WILL NOT be rearranged to accommodate late additions or coach's omissions.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be available.
PARTICIPATION LIMITATIONS: By AHSAA rules, each participant is limited to a maximum of four (4) events. Only top 3 finishers will be scored. 3 athletes per event per school per gender
SPIKES: Spike length may not exceed " on running and jumping surfaces. Rubber-soled shoes will be required in both the shot put and discus events.

Pole Vault 6' 8'
Long Jump Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin will all be 3 attempts.

The meet will start at 5:30 on Friday evening. This will be the first meet on the new track surface for the state meet. About half of the meet will be ran under the lights. Plenty of seating and concessions will be open.
