4:30- MS Boys
5:00 -1A-4A Girls

6:00 – 5A-6A Girls
6:30 – 5A-6A Boys

Course Description:
• Wide 500 meter start in an open field
• The majority of the course is finely crushed gravel
• Great variety with a deceptively challenging lake-side section, a wooded trail section with some difficult hill sections, bridges, a tunnel
• Very coach/spectator friendly

$5.00 per athlete
250 max per gender per team
$10.00 per athlete on team with less than 5 runners - if this applies to you, please note that you will have to add your fees yourself and remit appropriately
