Colin LaFoy sets State Paralympic Complex Record at Crossplex

Hewitt-Trussville senior Colin Lafoy has been training for 15 months with the Lakeshore Foundation.  All of his work payed of early Saturday morning when he threw a PR and Complex Record 3.86 in the Paralympic Shotput.  

LaFoy who has Cerebral Palsey has the ultimate goal of competing in the Paralympics in Tokyo in 2020.
